NPC: Chives
Long Desc: A very pompus looking man sits here behind a desk shuffling some papers.

Chives has been the head butler of the castle for a long time, so he
knows about everything that goes on here.  He also handles all of the guest
rooms and, of course, he makes sure that the guests are kept secluded if
they wish it so.  Hanging on his belt is a large keychain, granting him
access to the various locked rooms of the castle.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
