NPC: A small baby dragon
Long Desc: A large scale covered creature frolics about here.

The dragon stares menacingly at you, but there seems to be a hint of fear
as well.  Carefully looking at the scales and markings on it, you realize
that this isn't a full-grown dragon.  In fact, it looks to be only a baby.
Even so, its size is frightening.  You begin to wonder if any larger, more
dangerous relations of this creature are lurking around here.
She is a dragon approximately 10'0" tall.
