NPC: Jojo
Long Desc: A crazed little woman dressed in black is attempting to sneak around.

This little halfling, by the name of Jojo, has given to tormenting the
ogre villagers with her pranks.  She will often zip in with her great speed
only to steal some boots, or to take something belonging to one of them and
plant it in another's hut.  On occasion she is seen actually running around
chasing an ogre with a sort of home made kraken tentacle costume.
She is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
