NPC: A minstrel
Long Desc: A minstrel sits here playing upon a finely crafted lute.

Dressed in a brightly colored silk shirt whith billowing sleeves beneath
a quilted tunic made up of a myriad of colored velvet squares, this minstrel
presents a lively treat for the eye that goes along with the music flowing
from the instrumnet you see in his hands.  Dark velvet pants tucked into
leather boots that reach to the knee complete the ensemble.  Looking at the
musician, it is clear that music is his life.  His instrument has been
lovingly cared for and is in impeccable condition.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
