NPC: A mental patient
Long Desc: A mental patient lies on the floor moving back and forth.

You are unable to determine the sex of the emaciated patient sitting
before you.  As you gaze at this tortured individual, you get the feeling
that it has seen things not meant for mortal eyes.  Holding its knees up to
its chest and rocking slowly back and forth, the patient stares straight
ahead, focusing on nothing.  Perhaps this drow was once an adventurer like
yourself, seeking out the mysteries of the universe.  It seems that, in some
cases, finding out the truth of things is a bad idea.
It is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
