This attractive woman flutters her eyelashes seductively as you approach.
Her clothes leave very little to the imagination, and you understand why the
building is always kept warm.  Even though her outfit is very revealing, the
woman doesn't seem self-conscious.  She is obviously not ashamed of what she
does for a living.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
