NPC: A filthy barkeep
Long Desc: A person covered in filth and grime stands here tending bar.

This man is rather disgusting when it comes to personal hygene.  He is so
dirty and covered with grime, you think he might actually be a bandit.
Whoever he is, he is definately in charge here, for he is tending bar and
keeping a close eye on you.  You look around at the mess that makes this
place a tavern, and decide it is not worthy of a visit from you.  You leave
just as the bartender yells at you inquiring if you are actually going to
buy anything.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
