NPC: Illana
Long Desc: Illana serves up orders for thick ale from behind the bar.

This is a female dwarven barkeeper who helps the management of The Broken
Sheath by tending bar, for a small wage.  She loves to wait on the dwarven
customers who come in from a hard day's work (or a hard hour's work) from
the blacksmithy just across the street.  The smell of thick ale and hard
liquor are present in her breath and in her clothes.
She is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
