Long Desc: Korwyn, the strange little elf stands behind a desk.

Korwyn is a strangely dressed with too many colors in his outfit.  He
appears to have just come from a circus of sorts where he could of been the
lead performer.  He stands behind his desk looking at you in a blank stare.
He neither greets you or moves to assist you as you look over the dusty
selection of musical items he has here.
He is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
