NPC: A dark ranger
Long Desc: A hooded ranger drifts through the shadows.

Most rangers have eyes of steel, but not this one.  This one had eyes of
blood, pupils dilated by the swing of a butcher's cleaver, retinas marred by
stray meat hooks in the abattoir.  He is a ranger, and has been for some
time.  His ears move beneath his cowl, finely attuned to the sounds of
nature and his environment.  However, he has not always been, and it would
seem as though his existence is not fully described by his current
profession.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
