NPC: A historian
Long Desc: A fey historian graces the corridors of the clan hall.

This historian looks quite a bit aged even for a fey who seemingly never
age past adulthood.  He drifts between the halls looking at all the murals,
sometimes stopping to write some information down and other times to pay
close attention to what is being studied.  When you pass him by, he smiles
quickly and then returns to his work.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
