NPC: A Vandyne worshipper
Long Desc: A common worshipper of Vandyne cleans the crystal hallways.

The keepers of the Vadyne temple are definately very picky about keeping
the domain clean and spotless.  The outer walls, made of crystal, accumulate
a lot of dirt and smudges due to rainfall and windy days.  Often do you see
a commoner worshipper walking around cleaning the insides as well.  Even
though hard at work, these commoners do stop to say hello to you.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
- Defeat the Vandyne Cultists! (50-120) from Lady Undya.
