Long Desc: A choir member proclaims the glory of Ithrilis on high.

This particular elf is singing loudly and as gracefully as possible while
proclaiming the good news of Ithrilis.  The members of the choir here in
Xaventry are always singing in a harmonic major note to give glory to the
element of water.  In the culture of the Ithrilis followers, the use of the
voice is commonplace to express the belief in their worship.
