NPC: A water elemental
Long Desc: A giant humanoid made completely out of water is here.

This is a giant water elemental that stands quite a few rods in height.
Made completely out of water, you can't figure out how it can possibly have
the eyes and intelligence enough to perceive you as a threat.  However,
after it notices you appear, it growls in anger before it lunges at you in
an all out assault.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
