Long Desc: A powerful wizard stands before you, not the least bit intimidated by you.

Beltane Altaar has planned for years to take over this and every
continent.  He has studied every spell and crafted several magical items to
ensure his victory.  His black robes seem to be on fire, which puts out a
magical heat which makes you uncomfortable.  He notices your intrusion and
grabs a few magical items in preparation for a fight.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
