Long Desc: A ghostly thin creature is here looking for victims.

This deathly pale charicature of a once friendly hunting hound roams the
land, devouring flesh and souls in equal amounts.  Its sunken features are
twisted and deeply etched into its face.  Its fur is ruffled and nappy
looking and when it howls, chills shoot down the spine.  A hated foe of the
still living, the spectral hound seeks to convert them to its altered
state...  Undead.
It is a hell hound approximately 5'7" tall.
