NPC: An elf waiter
Long Desc: A tall elf waiter walks about seeing to the patrons.

This tall elf walks through the retreat with a welcoming smile and a
bounce in his step.  Wearing long velvet pants and a broccaded overcoat, his
white shirt ruffled around the neck he looks rather dashing in attire.  His
pointy ears stick out from under a small cap, and his hair is neatly tucked
behind them.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
