NPC: A huge, enraged orc
Long Desc: A huge orc hunches here, barely fitting within the confines in the room.

Somehow, this huge orc has been twisted, merged with an astral demon to
become even more ferocious and terrible than either previously had been.
This orcbreed has no body hair, but puddles of pus and slime dot its body.
Massive leathery wings rest folded on the orc's body, running from the nape
of its protruding neck to its tailbone, where its long, crocodile-like tail
originates.  It stands over seven feet tall, with nine inches of that
dedicated solely by its dozens and dozens of razor-sharp teeth.  It wears a
small loincloth, most likely to spare even the other, regular orcs of the
sight of whatever's underneath it.  It mumbles and emits the occasional
deep-throated snarl, but says nothing.
