NPC: Dandelion
Long Desc: A cute fluffy white ball with a long green stem flutters about playfully.

The flying dandelion flutters about in playful arcs around your head.  It
keeps itself aloft by vigorously flapping the two small leaves that adorn
the upper quarter of its stem.  The fluffy ball end of the dandilion sheds a
tiny white frond everytime it dives in to caress your cheek.  A gentle
breeze rises that sends the dandelion tumbling amusingly backwards.
It is a plant approximately 5'6" tall.
