The silver hare was one of Professor Silax's side experiments when
attempting to create the perfect pair of Seven League Boots.  He discovered
that, when fed a certain diet with foods consisting of a ground-up magical
mineral recovered from the highest mountain range in Beltane (where the
magical fields are strongest), the hares took on the color of the mineral
and their fur turned a metallic silver.  In addition to the remarkable
silver fur, the hares developed unusual powers...
She is a hare approximately 1'4" tall.
