NPC: A medium-sized ebony hare
Long Desc: A medium-sized ebony hare sniffles and hops about here.

This is a medium-sized ebony hare, similar in appearance to a rabbit, but
has longer ears and legs.  These hares were second in the order of Professor
Silax's experiments upon the hares, in an attempt to distill the hare's
high-jumping power by increasing the hares' size and strength.  These
medium-sized hares seem to prefer large orange carrots as their snack of
choice, and can be tempted with such a foodstuff.
He is a hare approximately 1'2" tall.
