NPC: A small ebony hare
Long Desc: A small hare the color of ebony jumps about here in search of food.

This is a small ebony hare, similar in appearance to a rabbit, but has
longer ears and legs.  These hares were some of the first upon which
Professor Silax performed his experiments, in an attempt to distill the
hare's high-jumping power.  The smaller hares seem to prefer lettuce leaves
as their snack of choice, and can be tempted with such a foodstuff.
He is a hare approximately 1'3" tall.
