NPC: A deadly patch of fog
Long Desc: A patch of deadly fog floats down the hallway.

What is that?!?  You find yourself standing directly in front of a patch
of foul-smelling mist.  It has a slightly purple tint to it, like the color
of a festered wound.  You gag and back away from the fog, as it would not be
a good idea to breathe the putrid gas.  As you watch it, the fog seems to
move around on its own accord, due to the fact that there is not so much as
a draft in this room.  It would not be wise to light a match, because the
gas is most likely very flammable.
He is a mist approximately 49'1" tall.
