NPC: A Shapeshifter
Long Desc: A nondescript figure cloaked in gray looks up as you enter.

As you stare at this creature, its form seems to waver and shift.  At
first, you could have sworn that you saw a hideously deformed face staring
at you from beneath the robe.  Now, the face you see looks quite normal.
You are about to pass this off as a trick of the light, but when you glance
back again you are staring at your own face!  This being seems to be able to
shift its appearance at will.  Could it be responsible for the rampant
destruction you've seen in the building?
He is a demon approximately 8'0" tall.
