NPC: A sharply dressed bartender
Long Desc: A man dressed in a tuxedo wipes the bar down.

A dapper old man dressed in a black tuxedo stands here.  Although
apparently physically frail, he seems quite friendly and smiles at your
approach.  He vigorously wipes the already-clean bar, just for some
activity.  He speaks with an accent you can't quite place, accentuated by a
strong baritone voice.  His deep voice is soothing, and makes you want to
just pour out your worries and troubles to him.
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
