NPC: The maze gardener
Long Desc: A short stocky man stands here trimming the hedges to perfection.

The gardener has the difficult task of keeping the hedge maze clean and
well trimmed.  This is a never-ending task as the hedges continue to grow
constantly.  Once a section is finished, the opposite side as already
started to grow out.  He wears funny colored green overalls and carries a
pair of the sharpest hedge clippers known.  His skin has been darkened by
the years of working non-stop outdoors, trimming, and cleaning.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
