NPC: A tubby dwarf
Long Desc: A tubby dwarf is here tending to the garden.

This short dwarf wanders about the water garden making sure everything is
working.  He tends to stay away from Hotel Hello, he doesn't get along with
witches and prefers to live in his own oblivious world.  His long beard
reaches almost to the ground and his smile and demeanor seem to light up the
place.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
