NPC: A dread combat mage
Long Desc: A battlemage stands here chanting violently.

Standing before you is the mighty battle mage, adorned with various
trinkets and items of power.  This mighty mage is cloaked with a black robe
decorated with silver runes along the neck and hem.  His fingers flash and
sparkle from the many rings of power he wears.  Eyes of flashing blue make
you cringe, as he seems to penetrate your very soul with his intense gaze.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
