Long Desc: Whompface stands guard here waiting for his relief to arrive.

The ogre cityguards are one of the most prominent features of the city.
They are trained to protect the citizens from all different kinds of
attacks, and seem to be watching you no matter where you go.  The guards
keep a suspicious eye on anyone who looks out of place, and you wonder if
their diligence is truly as well-intentioned as it seems.
He is a ogre approximately 7'1" tall.
