Long Desc: A tiny, magical shoot created by magic is growing here.

A special plant that sprouts from the ground, with a life of its own.  On
closer look, you can faintly see the moving of a hidden eye and an uncanny
resemblance of a moving arm that disappears as suddenly as it seem to
appear.  It hums and glows as if further enhanced by magic of a powerful
sort.  This is truly something extraordinary.
It is a plant approximately 5'5" tall.
