NPC: A postal worker
Long Desc: A bored-looking teenager with a face full of pimples is here sorting the mail.

There is a teenage boy here running the post office, he has oily hair
that needs cutting rather badly and his face is horribly broken out with
acne.  His clothing are rather soiled and in need of some repair work,
unfortunately you can smell him from the doorway.  Suppressing an urge to
douse him with hot, soapy water you step in to check your mail.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
