NPC: A quickling mage
Long Desc: A fast moving blur, dressed in a green robe speeds by you.

You can barely make out that the mage is actually a female quickling.
Her movements hide anything that she may be doing and her speech is almost
unintelligable.  She wears a green robe about her body that hide many of her
pouches and reagents.  The fresh smell of rose petals and other sweet
smelling fragrances trail behind her.
She is a brownie approximately 3'6" tall.
