NPC: A quickling elder
Long Desc: A fast moving blur streaks across your field of vision.

You can barely see the quickling elder has he moves from room to room.
The speed at which he runs is incredible.  His feet never seem to stop
moving, and you can't get a proper look at what he's wearing.  He moves as
quietly as any master elven hunter would, never making a noise, except in
the infrequent skirmishes with the gardeners.
He is a brownie approximately 3'5" tall.
