Long Desc: The Lag Monster is here, spoiling for a fight.

The Lag Monster is a huge monster made entirely of...  Just looking at it
makes you slow down and forget everything.  You can't tell what it's made
of, but it looks something awful.  It has the remains of odd magical boxes
and ropes that seem to be made of metal or glass dripping from its gaping
maw.  It begins to speak as your head turns toward it.  It chants "L A G...
L - A - G... L... A... G..."
It is a demon approximately 7'1" tall.
