Long Desc: A sidhe diplomat to the king of Seelie looks about with a friendly grin.

Dressed in fine attire, this sidhe nods at you when you make eye contact.
It looks quite anxious, and it is most likely calculating the politics of
the day as it strolls along the streets of Seelie.  Known for their
outstanding personality, the sidhe diplomat could sell lag to the lag
monster, if such a hideous creature did exist.
She is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
