NPC: An ethereal magpie
Long Desc: An ethereal magpie hops around, chirping happily.

Visible to only those with magical sight, this little bird looks cute and
cuddly as it hops about and flitters here and there.  A gay melody warms
your ears, and fills your heart with a lightness of being as it sings to all
those around, cheering them up.  Although not ethereal in terms of the
classic spell, it is ethereal in its spirit, as it transcends above the
harsh reality around it.
He is a faerie approximately 0'2" tall.
