NPC: A tiny rodent of Seelie
Long Desc: A tiny little rodent is here, trying to eat you.

This little rodent looks a little like a rat, except that it is also
faerie-like, it kind of shimmers and swirls when you look at it.  It is
quite a disgusting creature, just as rats are back at Sepharia, and it eyes
you off as its next snack, even though it could hardly scratch your average
adventurer.  It has sharp little pointed teeth, good for slicing up
parchment, but hardly a threat to metal armor.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
