NPC: A faerie of flora
Long Desc: A floral faerie is here, rustling about.

This little guy is covered from head to toe in leaves and twigs, and he
rustles as he shuffles.  It is quite an odd sight, and seems even more
surreal as he begins to sway in a non-existent breeze.  You see two shiny
spots from behind the mask of flora, and you guess that those are his eyes,
but apart from that all you see is plantlife.
He is a faerie approximately 0'2" tall.
