NPC: A transparent butterfly
Long Desc: A transparent butterfly hovers here.

This bizarre looking insect is a butterfly about the size of your hand,
however, you can only see the outline of it, in fact you can see right
through it.  It is quite beautiful as the light shines through its tiny
wings, distorting the objects behind it, giving them a surreal texture.  It
looks to be quite fickle, and possible even hard to catch.
She is a insect approximately 1'5" tall.
