NPC: A shadow master
Long Desc: A shadow lurks here, incognito.

You can see the outline of a humanoid figure, but no detail of this three
dimensional, living, moving shadow.  It shifts and changes perspective, a
fuzzy haze, as light bounces around the room eating away at its form.  This
magical shadow is no easy picking, in fact it should be approached with more
than a little caution.
He is a shadow approximately 5'5" tall.
