NPC: A horse spirit
Long Desc: The spirit of a long dead horse floats here.

This spirit was once a well-muscled beast, perhaps a horse of war or
perhaps a horse of labor.  Whatever it was when it lived is quite irrelevant
now that it has transcended to a new existence on the faerie plane.  It
neighs contentedly and looks around for something to do, as if bored, this
is one weird horse.
He is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
