NPC: Norath the innkeeper
Long Desc: Norath the innkeeper looks after his guests here.

This innkeeper looks up from his book and smiles at you as you enter the
inn.  Norath is dressed in a simple flannel shirt with baggy trousers, and
looks quite comfortable in his garb.  He is in charge of checking guests in
and out, and takes messages for people who aren't in their rooms.  Norath
would be more than happy to rent you a room if there are any vacancies at
the moment.  His friendly smile stays even as he waits for you to decide.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
