NPC: A prehistoric dragonfly
Long Desc: The biggest dragonfly you've ever seen is buzzing through the air here.

This is a beautiful dragonfly.  It has four large, fragile wings that
almost shimmer in the air when they are illuminated.  The dragonfly has a
long, slender body with red and black markings and six spiny legs.  It flies
swiftly through the area searching for prey, and its keen eyesight allows it
to see its victims even when they are standing still.  Since the insect is
nearly as big as you, it might be a good idea to get away before it decides
that your are edible.
It is a insect approximately 1'5" tall.
