NPC: A jiggling cube
Long Desc: A gelatinous cube is here, slowly jiggling side-to-side.

This cube looks like a bubble form, a semirigid appartatus for helping
soap bubbles keep their form.  The corners of the cube are fine, but their
vertices seem to sag a bit.  The entire interior of the cube is a
transparent, lime-green goo, that looks liquidy, but stays within its form.
The cube seems to jiggle, not from wind, but of its of own accord, despite
it not having any visible sentience.
It is a gelatinous cube approximately 5'5" tall.
