NPC: A typical shopper
Long Desc: An average, insane shopper looks for a sale.

Carrying a bag or two, this woman is set on shopping for the rest of the
day.  Nothing short of a natural disaster will stop her.  She manically
wanders the shops looking for low prices.  The plain clothes that cover her
give her a poor look, despite the merchandise she carries.  She must be
putting her family farther into the poor house!
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
