NPC: A peasant shopper
Long Desc: A shopper dressed in rags admires the Bazaar's merchandise.

This peasant wears his best rags to visit the coveted Bazaar.  He looks
in each window, looking at the merchandise he can't have.  He might as well
have gone to the elf museum in Xaventry.  A small smile crosses his dirty
face, nonetheless.  He is obviously thankful for his attendance here, and is
lively due to that.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
