NPC: A scorched screamer
Long Desc: A scorched villager runs about, screaming in pain.

Although hard to tell what kind of creature this once was, you imagine
that it could have been a native woman at one stage.  Her skin is blackened
with all manner of severe burns while no body hair at all adorns her.  She
screams constantly in agony as she searches for her lost children.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
