NPC: A fire turtle
Long Desc: A turtle with a bright red shell is walking around here.

Unlike most other members of its species, this turtle is rather active.
It is moving quickly through the area, searching for something to eat.  The
fire turtle's thick shell and tough skin make it resistant to intense heat,
allowing it to live even in the center of this volcano.  Perhaps the
constant high temperature is the reason why it is such an energetic little
creature.
It is a reptile approximately 3'6" tall.
