NPC: A gnome brigand
Long Desc: A short and gruff looking gnome eyes you suspiciously.

At first you mistook this gruff looking fellow for a dwarf, a fact you
probably shouldn't share with him considering he is a gnome.  Although
distant relatives, there is quite a bit of enmity between the two races.
This particular gnome seems to be eyeing your coin purse, you may want to
keep a close eye on him.
It is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
