NPC: A mushroom faerie
Long Desc: A mushroom faerie is here, sitting on a large toadstool.

As you walk along, you get the feeling that someone is watching you.  You
pause to look around the area, but find that you are all alone.  Suddenly,
you hear someone giggling behind you.  Whirling around, you see a cute
little faerie with red hair and blue eyes watching you.  She sits atop a
large toadstool, watching you in amusement.
She is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
